1.2.0-rc1 status...

For anyone wondering the stauts the following things are going on.

kfogel and myself found a situation with copy_tests.py #25 where it
wasn't accepting the failure message from dav as the appropriate failure
response.  This is essentially a false negative, not a huge concern and
I would realease with it anyway but...

eh found a situation where part of the test suite is failing for him.
This isn't just a false negative but is a false positive from what he
told me on IRC.  It's part of the API tests and the program is failing
at link time but the tests aren't showing as failing in the summary.  So
this is my big hold up.

Addtionally, I'm not going to be able to be around a lot today.  So I'm
letting stuff sit to see how these things resolve out and will look at
announcing 1.2.0-rc1 tomorrow if they're worked out.
