Continuation id in sitemap / flowscript / woody

Trying to understand and use flowscript / continuations .....

Can I access the current continuation from the sitemap? 

And what about inside a flowscript?

(I think) I need to embed continuation id into pages that are not 
JXTemplates or Woody forms.

I also haven't been able to figure out how to access the parent 
continuation id inside a woody template.

Any help welcome.
