Avatica documentation update
I'm much less familiar with Avatica than I am the rest of Calcite, but I
was browsing through the documentation and it looks like it could use an
update.

* Avatica is (somewhat) a separate project now
* The Avatica Go driver has moved locations
If someone more familiar with Avatica (Josh?) could make these changes, it
would be nice to keep this updated.

Hey Michael,
Totally agree. There are likely things to be cleaned up in addition to
what you have already found. I might be able to find some time to look
at it while having a few extra days off this weekend, but am struggling
presently to keep up otherwise with things during the normal day-to-day.
Would be happy to review any changes others would like to put together.
