Merge OJB 1.0.x branch to OJB trunk

Hi all,

today I will start with the merge of the 1.0.x branch to trunk (many 
classes changed in 1.0.x in the last months and backport to trunk is 
needed).
Thus the SVN trunk will be out of sync for a few hours today.
