Rotating expired kubernetes oauth token (SPARK-27997)

Hello team,

I’ve been wondering how do kubernetes’ users solve the issue with the expiring oauth token[0].
I prepared a patch which allows a user to provide a class that implements OAuthTokenProvider via configuration.

Should I send a PR into the master branch?
