*Preconditions:*
 # JupyterLab ** notebook is on running status

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Stop JupyterLab ** notebook from UI

*Actual result:*
 # On UI notebook status was changed to "stopped"
 # On cloud console instance is still on 'running' status 

*Expected result:*
 # On UI and cloud console notebook instance status is 'stopped'
