   Speaking of Semantic commits - PR title != commit title here :grin:
   
   The only problem with that is some people less familiar with git aren't comfortable editing commits and force pushing, so the approach of commitzen to have a pending check (but not a failing one) looks quite nice.
   
   Certainly for single commit PRs anyway, the title should match the PR title, or at least prompt us committers to notice that it doesn't
