I attached a quick draft just to share the exposed stats and mbean interface I was thinking of. This only covers NodeCache stats for now.
[~chetanm] [~mreutegg] Could you please take a quick look? Also could you link this to OAK-3814?
I initially thought of exposing as CacheStatsMbean, but I don't think it's the best choice ( no TimeStats, non trivial methods like getEvictionCount and others ).
