We have to append a proper explanation of "Custom Ignites (forks) testing" to sections "Local run" and "# Real environment run".

Currently "Custom Ignites (forks) testing" is a separate section which is not true anymore, let spread it to *run sections.

P.s. Currently, we have a 4 options
- Run AI tests versus AI
- Run AI tests versus Fork
- Run External (Fork's) tests versus AI
- Run External (Fork's) tests versus Fork (this case requires no additional explanation since it obviously equals to first one).
