Reporting to the IPMC

Hi folks,

We have to report progress to Apache.  This is
monthly for the first three months of incubation,
and our first report is due today.  Not much to say,
but I've taken the liberty of completing our entry
at https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/January2016 .

It's all done to a template.  Cut&paste to here
for the record.  It's not too late to update
if anyone spots an error and pings me before the
end of today.

Milagro

Distributed Cryptography; M-Pin protocol for Identity and Trust

Milagro has been incubating since 2015-12-21.
In view of the holiday season, it has only really started this week
(Jan 4th) and is currently bootstrapping.

Three most important issues to address in the move towards graduation:

  1.  Import the software.
  2.  Sign up the developers.
  3.  Audit the Intellectual Property.

All fairly meaningless until the Community is live at Apache.


Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?

Initial committers have been asked to sign up to the lists
and submit ICLAs.
