intermittent problem

why does this happen?  That file it's bitching about is right where it wants
it.
This only happens intermittently.  I'm doing builds repeatedly, never having
this problem.  Suddenly maven starts complaining about how it can't get this
or that file, even though they already exist in the local repostory.

I haven't changed any dependencies, as a matter of fact the only change I
did which caused the above error was edit a JSP file.

[ANN] Mevenide 0.1-alpha-1

Version 0.1-alpha-1 of Mevenide (http://mevenide.sf.net/) has been 
released today.

Changes from 0.1-ea :
   o added pom inheritance support
   o integrated maven runner into external tools
   o refactored synchronization wizard
