Flink Table SQL and Job Names

I'm getting names like "insert-into_{catalog}.{db}.{table}".  Is there a
way to customize this with non-deprecated methods?

Hi Dan,

Supporting customized job names is a nice feature, we have an issue [1] to
track this effort.
