PR backlog queue

It looks like the PR queue is at 126.  Could maintainers try to triage open
requests to figure out next steps?

Hi,

On the rust side, which has about 35 open, there have been more PRs coming
up these days, but they are all triaged and most are progressing, so, I
think that we are nominal there.
