I have already checked ps and netstat and there doesn't seem to be any
indication of HTTP running anywhere.

The is no core dump and nothing related to this in the error_log.

This happens every time we try to shut down the HTTPServer and start it back
up, we end up having to re-boot all the time, this is not going to work when
we go live with the customer.

Please advise as to what my next step is.
