log4j.dtd

I am using log4j 1.04 on IPlanet 4.1 with JAXP.

Log4j could not find log4j.dtd
Do you know why?

Find the log:
log4j:ERROR Could not find log4j.dtd.
log4j:ERROR Could not parse input stream [java.io.FileInputStream@52f2a543].
