Well the name change is not necessary. It happened due to one my early attempt so get the jar included into the module system. It is usually a good practice to remove the version from the jar, so when you update the module it gets overwritten and does not accumulate up in the user dir. However with built-in modules it is not that important either (updates are usually delivered with new releases).
So do what you wish for renaming.
