Full-book files, tidied up
I have fixed the problems in the full-book ODT, but not in the
individual chapter files. I also took the liberty of making some
formatting changes, such as moving the margins, because if you ever
get around to making a print edition the text will fit better (extra
space on sides needed for binding and trim). I made a PDF from the
ODT. You can download both files from my website.

Hi,
Two miniscule remarks on the "Elements of the main Writer window" figure
(in Chapter 1):
- a typo in the "Sidebar`" label
- the "Status Bar" label is too close to its arrow

And two small typo's I noticed:
page 15 "Tools contain" should be "Tools contains" and "contains" probably shouldn't be bold;
footer Chapter 4 needs a space between the chapter number and the chapter name
