[Doc] Install Stratos with Openstack/Ec2 in a Testing Environment

Hi,

As I understood this is regarding Stratos Single JVM installation where
port offset it not needed to be set. Please update the step 6(a)

Hi Udara,

The information on the port offset is now removed from [1], [2] & [3].
Further [2] is updated with the pointers suggested by you.

In above [2] rather than mentioning sample values for Openstack
configuration better to mention what those values are.

OPENSTACK_IDENTITY is in format OPENSTACK_PROJECT_NAME:USER_NAME
OPENSTACK_CREDENTIAL is the password for the given user USER_NAME
