setting different SPF per domain is available?

Hello, all.

I would like to set different SPF rule per domain.

For example, 

-. I would like to check SPF only per "example.com" or "abc.net".

-. I would like to set different SPF score for "abc.com" and "xyz.com".
 

How can I do for this?
My system is sa 3.1.5.
