   Move Materialize CSS and Material Icons to launch app directly
   
   Added Materialize CSS framework and Material Icons font to the app/launch/public directory, including CSS, JS, and font files. Updated index.html to include the new styles and scripts, enabling Materialize UI components and icon support.  These were referenced from external locations which will not work with ASF CSP restrictions
   
   This is one part of process to prepare forge-ui to be hosted on https://grails.apache.org/start.  Still several others before it can be moved over.  https://github.com/apache/grails-forge-ui/issues/70
