   This issue addresses https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/SDAP/issues/SDAP-66
   I am working on 
    * building this into the GUI and will support a PR for that soon
    * augmenting existing Metadata records with tags representing event correlation... ad vice versa. This will enable recommendations.
