  has anyone any idea on how can i get some maven plugins for ejb3?

Hi Marco,

you can checkout the maven plugin sandbox at:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/sandbox/plugins/

included are plugins for the creation of .ejb3 and .par. But beware, you 
also have to apply the patches attached to:

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-1691 and
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNG-1690
