Airflow latest (1.10.x)'s template can only render into string which is fine most of the times, but it would be better to support render into python types.

It can be very useful if the template system can support render into native python types like list, dictionary, etc. Especially when using xcom to pass some values between operators.

Jinja2 supports this feature from 2.10, more info can found here: http://jinja.pocoo.org/docs/2.10/nativetypes/
