Just a note that this patch cannot be applied to trunk as Cocoon doesn't do the
redirect. Pluto does it. As part of the fix for bug 29556 ServletResponseImpl
was changed to extend HttpServletResponseWrapper. This causes pluto to issue the
redirect itself. The redirect code in PortletPortalManager was removed as it was
causing a NullPointerException as the redirect url was never set.

I am evaluating this for BRANCH_2_1_X.
