run time report error

When trying to save an existing database to a new name I get the run time error
and the program closes. When I open up the new database that I just :Save As: I
get the flat ascii screen. All three pdf at in seperate topics since I could
not attach more than one file to an issue. The report that is generated I can
not send directly from the system because it does not have internet connection
so I copied it to a flash drive and sent it from this system.
