   # Rationale for this change
   Native sort-merge joins previously supported residual conditions only for inner joins. Supporting outer, semi, anti, and existence joins requires evaluating the condition before deciding whether a row is matched or unmatched.
   
   
   # What changes are included in this PR?
   - Integrate the shared join-condition evaluator into native sort-merge joins.
   - Process equality groups across input batches and generate candidate pairs lazily in bounded batches.
   - Preserve unmatched-row semantics, output ordering, and columns required only by the condition.
   - Fix composite null-key handling.
   - Enable the supported join types through the existing join-condition configuration.
   - Add native and Spark regression tests.

   No.
   
   # How was this patch tested?
   UTs.
