There is also SourceCross, but I haven't heard anything from them in ages:

If you don't mind a very modest fee, there is a commercial SCC provider 
in beta testing:

	http://www.pushok.com/soft_download.php?idprogram=3

but I'm not sure whether he is going to stick with it and fix the 
problems.  I've used his CVS proxy and it is solid, though.
