Not really understanding WSDD and how it effects the client side

So at the shop I am working they have peoplesoft. Peoplesoft generated a WSDL
file and they have sent that file around as the WSDL for the service.
However, due to some security restrictions we need to use a WSDD to specify
a callback class. I can't find anything online to get me started going in
the right direction, I run wsdl2java -uri c:\wsdlFile.wsdl -o c:\wsdl\ and
get the two stub files, however, I don't know how to add the WSDD stuff.

Any help ? :-/
