win32 builds for 0.20?
Hey guys .. when can we expect win32 builds for 0.20? I tried to build
on win32 this morning .. and it was a bad idea. Ugly mess really. I'll
just wait till I see 0.20 binaries to update all my stuff..

It shouldn't be that hard. There are instructions in INSTALL; if they're
not detailed enough, patches are welcome.
