   add general method for repetitive methods
   add nle check for avoiding null pointer exception
   
   
   
   ### Modifications
   add a general utils method for setting parameters 
   Using Object.requireNonNull for checking if the string value is null.
   
   
   
   ### Documentation
   
   - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? no

   - If a feature is not applicable for documentation, explain why? just for improving the structure of code, not a new feature, and code is readable
