> As user with time zone Asia/Novosibirsk go to Calendar. Select daily vew and click on time slot from 16-00 to 16-30. Click on save button and observe. Event is displayed in the  10-00 to 10-30 time slot. Reopen event end observe event time - start time is 4-00 pm, end time is 4-30 pm.
