This is the first report after graduation. The report format will be different from the incubator reports. More information can be found at [reporting|https://www.apache.org/foundation/board/reporting] guidelines.

The report should be submitted by Wed Nov 13th.

By the way, we need to close the old issues for [June|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SINGA-461] and [September|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SINGA-486] reports.
