He was never listed on the incubation proposal [1]. So he never got listed as project member so far.
Marco, if you are still interested in this project then I suggest you start being active on the list and start contributing patches or documentation. That way we can pick you up as committer later.

FWIW, I don't see a mail from secretary@a.o indicating receipt of Marco's
ICLA.
In addition, Joe Pullen never filed. I'm not sure if you expected him to
join or not.

I was looking for him earlier as well. If he has requested an apache id,
it was never added to the incubator group, likely to be the case if he
never set his password.
