AMBARI-17213 created a workflow designer contrib view.

We need to support some of the missing featues such as 
*  Coordinators
* Bundles

Also usabilitiy enhancements like 
* multiple tabs
* undo/delete support
* copy/paste
* improved validations
* Fix JS6 lint issues
* Dag generation in the UI 
* Use cytoscape for diagraming
