   Could you tell me how to configure a project is both consumers and providers. 
   eg.
   dubbo.application.id = dubbo-provider-demo
   dubbo.application.name = dubbo-provider-demo
   
   dubbo.application.id = dubbo-consumer-demo
   dubbo.application.name = dubbo-consumer-demo
