   @tkonolige Thank you very much for the careful review and suggestions on documents and error reporting. As far as I think, you'd like more detailed documents for the TensorIR (such as when do we need a block and what's the block match_buffer_region), rather than script parser. I totally agree that we need a complete centralized document for TensorIR including syntax format and design documents. But it is not should be in this PR. 
   
   I suppose that developers who will look at the parser/printer have already known about the TensorIR data structure(e.g what is a block and what is block signature). I believe that current documents are enough for those people. 
   
   Thanks again for your input. Would like to know your opinion.
