CVS Repositories

Is there something wrong with the online CVS
Repositories today?  I've been having trouble
accessing the commons directories.

thanks for the warning, randy. (i've tried it and i can't connect either.)

FYI i've always thought that general@jakarta.apache.org is the best place 
to let people about this kind of thing.
