[PR] feat: redirect legacy /skills and /tools routes to /docs and /architecture [magpie-site]

potiuk opened a new pull request, #64:
URL: https://github.com/apache/magpie-site/pull/64

   ## What & why

   Follow-up to #63, which renamed `/skills` → `/docs` (the Documentation
site) and `/tools` → `/architecture` (the "How Magpie is built" page).
This adds back-compat redirects so existing bookmarks and inbound links to
   the old URLs don't 404.

   Uses Astro's built-in `redirects`, which emits static meta-refresh HTML
pages (with `<link rel="canonical">` and `noindex`) — the portable choice
for ASF's static `publish`-branch hosting, where host-specific rules
   (`_redirects` / `.htaccess`) aren't guaranteed to apply.

   ## Redirects

   | Old URL | → New URL |
   |---|---|
   | `/skills` | `/docs` |
   | `/skills/<any/path>` | `/docs/<any/path>` |
   | `/tools` | `/architecture` |

The dynamic `/skills/[...slug]` mapping reuses the `/docs/[...slug]`
route's `getStaticPaths`, so **every** old doc URL redirects — including
   the per-tool pages that were at `/skills/tools/<name>` → `/docs/tools/<name>`.

`/tools` only ever had the one page (the old tool-doc URLs lived under
`/skills/tools/*`, covered by the skills rule), so no `/tools/*` sub-path
   rule is needed.

   ## Verification
`npm run build` → redirect pages generated and confirmed, e.g.
   `/skills/setup/install-recipes` → `/docs/setup/install-recipes`,
   `/skills/tools/github/readme` → `/docs/tools/github/readme`, `/tools` →
   `/architecture`. 102 pages, build clean.
