Both versions of SpellUI.as (from AdobeSpellingUI and AdobeSpellingUIEx) store a reference to the "text model" of a component (a TextField or a RichEditableText instance) when spell checking is enabled ("_parentTable[txt] = comp"), but fail to remove it when spell checking is disabled. This way the components are prevented from being garbage collected.

We should remove these references when spell checking is disabled.
