[ANNOUNCE] Apache SkyWalking 8.4.0 released

Hi all,

Apache SkyWalking Team is glad to announce the first release of Apache
SkyWalking 8.4.0.

SkyWalking: APM (application performance monitor) tool for distributed
systems,
especially designed for microservices, cloud native and container-based
(Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos) architectures.

This release contains a number of new features, bug fixes and improvements
compared to
version 8.3.0(last release). The notable changes since 8.4.0 include:

1. Log collection added for the first time
2. Infrastructure Monitoring, VM metrics supported
3. Dynamic Configurations at Agent Side
4. Grouped Service Topology
