   ### Summary

   Running the config-ui in an IPv6 only environment throws the below error:
   `2024/02/19 09:31:08 [emerg] 14#14: invalid port in resolver "xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::a" in /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf:26
   nginx: [emerg] invalid port in resolver "xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::a" in /etc/nginx/conf.d/default.conf:26`

   This PR fixes this error. Since an IPv6 structure is different than IPv4, the existing command did not account for it and did not surround the IP with the needed `[]` brackets. This should continue working normally for IPv4 based DNS without problems.

   This PR is inspired by the changes done in the latest release of the upstream [nginxinc/docker-nginx-unprivileged](https://github.com/nginxinc/docker-nginx-unprivileged) via this https://github.com/nginxinc/docker-nginx-unprivileged/pull/186
