Proposed ResourceResolver change

Hi all,

I would like to draw your attention to SLING-1176 [1] whih proposes the
reintroduction of the distinction between non-existing and
non-accessible we have removed in SLING-319.

It showed that this removal makes the application a tad more complicated
when the distinction might be important.

Note, that this change might have an influence on exiting applications
handling the 404 and/or 403 error status.
