tomcat installation

hi!
i installed Tomcat4.1.12
the Tomacat 4.1 dir. is on the desktop.
and my autoexec.bat is

set JAVA_HOME=C:\jdk1.3.0_02
set CATALINA_HOME=c:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\
