Hi [~brahmareddy],

Thanks for updating the patch.

For allow/disallow ops, you can also add a test like below.

1. AllowSnapshots using webhdfs and check whether dfs.getSnapshottableDirListing() lists new snapshottable dir?
2. DisallowSnapshots using webhdfs and check again dfs.getSnapshottableDirListing(), it should not list now.

Rest all looks good.
