   **FEATURE REQUEST**
   
   Update scaffold tool `operator-sdk` to latest version.
   
   Due to the operator-sdk now used is too old, it's difficult to find out the correct version tool to build the project.
   
   After doing this, we can also solve the following related problems:
   CRDs' apiversion `apiextensions.k8s.io/v1beta1` is deprecated by new k8s version, ref. #78 #89 #91
