> Update the workflow from a component property table to support creating a new controller service instance. This will provide the easiest mechanism for users to create a new controller service because we'll be able to provide a listing of the applicable types (given the type specified by the property descriptor).
> This will allow us to remove the type hierarchy in the new controller service dialog. The type hierarchy adds additional confusion that DFMs shouldn't be concerned with. When creating a service using the new controller service dialog the process should be similar to creating new processors and reporting tasks.
