Deployment of 1.2.14 to Maven repository at ibiblio.org

Are there any plans to deploy version 1.2.14 to a the Maven repository
that's hosted at ibilio.org?

I made an attempt following the directions at http://maven.apache.org/
guides/mini/guide-ibiblio-upload.html, however it was rejected since
that procedure is only for non-Apache projects. I haven't revisited
the issue since the original attempt was rejected. The procedure for
Apache projects is at http://www.apache.org/dev/release-
publishing.html#maven-repo and I'll try to work through it today.
