Grafeas could be interesting

Might be interesting to look into whether this could help define our
dependency net, for downstream users.

It would also be helpful in auditing licenses of packaged dependencies.

Very neat! I think we could use this for potentially some of the digital signing efforts that 
Mark Thomas and others were looking at?
