util:include-file

I want to include a XML file in another by using : <util:include-file
name="adhesion2.xml"/>.

the following  util namespace is declared at the top of the XSP page .

but when i call my document, I have this error :

I'm using cocoon 1.7.2 and i added the last version of  XSPUtil.java.
