[PR] Fix reuse of origin sessions attached to the client [trafficserver]

bneradt opened a new pull request, #13713:
URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/13713

   With proxy.config.http.attach_server_session_to_client enabled, the
origin session attached to a keep-alive client session was closed as
soon as the transaction finished. Every subsequent request on that
client connection therefore opened a new origin connection, and the
%<sstc> log field always reported no reuse. The detach in
HttpSM::kill_this, added to avoid a use-after-free on that closed
session, masked the problem rather than fixing it.

This patch keeps an attached (KA_RESERVED) origin session open when its
transaction completes, leaving it owned by the client session, and
teaches Http1ServerSession::release() to pool or close the session when
the client session later gives it up. With the session no longer
closed out from under the client, the detach in kill_this is removed so
the next transaction can reuse the attached session.

This patch also adds an autest that sends several requests over one
client connection and verifies that sstc increments across them.

   Fixes: #9149
